I blew up the first flame tank with the two grenadiers while it chase my minigunner in circles. Then after I rescued the nerds, two flame tanks attacked me and it was mission failed. The script triggers in this mission are silly. At some point you're given a medium tank, if you go slowly enough.

Ah, yes, the classic Titan spam! Why build anything else as GDI when it's so OP? Shame about that HMLRS. Being an MLRS, I'd've liked it to have had more range and actually have been GDI's artillery unit, but alas that would be realistic to the name. As it is, it's more of a hover ATGM tankette.

This was my first C&C game I played in the 90s. I am a more methodical commander. I hold my forces back, so nobody dies. I send Tanya in to take out the power, then I have Tanya C4 most of the Soviet buildings, killing the counterattacking Soviet forces. I have the Rangers wipe out the Soviet Ore Truck (they can squash infantry). Once the two stationary Soviet Rifle Infantry are taken out, I have Einstein and Tanya retreat, then let the Cruisers finish the job. No Soviet survivors!

I saw many missions Remastered and PC on YT. Version on PSX was harder, for example in this mission you start 2 commandos.

I remember playing this level as a kid, and if you took too long, you got super nuked and half your base would disappear.

I don't know is it possible on Hard, but i did it on Easy without losing the single unit. You need to capture war factory before tech center (otherwise it will be sold), after that capture 2 landing spots. And by selling tech center and 1 landing spot you can build repair vehicle and, after that by selling war factory build the thrird harpy. So after that by long reloading and repairing 3 harpies with a single landing spot you can destroy all SAMs one by one and than destroy everything on this map

Why is it that people always sell their construction yards. It's a stupid thing to do. It's their lifeline. Not to mention that they should pave the entire base except the Tiberian fields. And heavily arm and guard the place. Also to wall it up. I do all of the above.
